Includes covering all furnishing. Floors are covered with heavy plastic and contractors paper. Walls and ceilings are inspected for cracks, filled, and textured. All baseboards, windows, and frames are professionally taped. Exterior painting includes power washing substrate.

Painting
This includes proper preparation before applying proper millage of quality paint.

Cleaning and Restoration
Rooms are returned to their prior state. This includes the moving of furniture, floors and carpets are swept or vacuumed and all debris is removed.
